She draws upon many different modalities of therapy to develop a therapeutic experience that is designed to meet the needs of each individual. Kimberly has experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Repair Modalities, Play and Art Therapy, mindfulness based practices, and strengths-based approaches. Kimberly cultivates a warm and inviting experience for all clients. Kimberly enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in individual, couples, and family therapy settings.
