Maggie strives to create a warm, authentic and non-judgmental environment with emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, where each client can feel safe, seen and empowered. Maggie uses a client-centered approach and believes that each individual is the expert on their own experiences. Maggie has experience utilizing Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), Experiential/Non-Directive Play Therapy, a Strengths-Based Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and School-Based Therapy. Maggie enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults in both individual and group settings.
Maggie offers both telehealth and in-person services.
In her free time, Maggie loves hiking, cooking for others, taking photos, and playing fetch with her 5-month-old rescue puppy.
