Every member of our professional staff is licensed under Minnesota law to provide mental health services. In addition to doctorate-level and masters-level psychologists, clinical social workers, and marriage and family therapists, we have psychiatrists on staff who work closely with our therapists to provide complete mental health care–including the ability to prescribe appropriate medications as necessary.
Our clinicians can only provide services to clients who are in the state of Minnesota.

Our Eagan clinic’s Horizons CSP provides service and the necessary support to help people who are experiencing mental health difficulties who live in the community and lead productive, satisfying lives. Our support reinforces each mental health consumer’s ability to successfully maintain adequate housing, gain exposure to educational and recreational opportunities, access appropriate service providers and obtain gainful employment.
