- Interpersonal difficulties
Albert has experience working with adolescent and adult individuals with a desire to work jointly towards personal goals of improved mental health, interpersonal life, and intrapersonal cohesiveness. Albert prefers an approach that is humanistic, client-centered, and culturally-sensitive which provides the space to touch on a number of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, experiences of immigration, cultural identity, life transitions, and existential concerns while also using interventions based in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as preferred or needed. Albert is more than excited to offer both English and Spanish counseling through both in-person and/or telehealth modalities.
