When working with clients, Brittni creates a nonjudgmental and supportive space to assist individuals in fostering change and growth.  Brittni describes her approach to therapy as eclectic as she utilizes multiple therapeutic approaches.  She has experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches. Brittni has a dual licensure in chemical and mental health. Brittni enjoys working with adults, as individuals, couples and in group settings.
