Jill enjoys working collaboratively with adults who identify as neurodivergent, who may be questioning their neurodivergence, or are caring for a neurodivergent loved one. Jill accepts self-identified neurodivergence as valid and affirms neurodivergent culture. Jill is committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming mental health care. This means therapies that require conforming or masking will not be used in her practice. Jill has an integrative approach that uses modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, self-compassion, strengths-based, sensory, and trauma-informed approaches. Jill will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Radically-open DBT when it may enhance the client’s well-being and can be utilized in a neurodiversity-affirming manner. Jill is an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and welcomes all religions, cultures, gender identities, body sizes, and sexual orientations.
