Lauren (she/her) has experience working therapeutically with individuals, families, and groups and is interested in working with children, adolescents, and adults from all backgrounds with a wide range of therapeutic needs. Areas of specific interest include:

Lauren utilizes primarily holistic, strengths-based, and person-centered methods to create a supportive yet challenging working relationship with clients. She also pulls tools from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play and sand tray therapy approaches. She is an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-trained clinician.

Lauren is a board approved licensing supervisor through the MN Board of Social Work and the MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy.
