Lauren (she/her) has experience working therapeutically with individuals, families, and groups and is interested in working with children, adolescents, and adults from all backgrounds with a wide range of therapeutic needs. Areas of specific interest include:

She also pulls tools from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play and sand tray therapy approaches. She is an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-trained clinician.

Lauren is a board approved licensing supervisor through the MN Board of Social Work and the MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy.
