Parker is a co-occurring therapist that enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and their families in both individual and family therapy based formats. Parker utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing while focusing on attachment, person-centered, strength-based, and existential-based approaches. Parker has experience working with a plethora of mental health and substance use based disorders, as well as experience working with clients struggling with Body Image and Eating Disorders. Parker has experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and religions.
