Parker is a co-occurring therapist that enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and their families in both individual and family therapy based formats. Parker utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing while focusing on attachment, person-centered, strength-based, and existential-based approaches. Parker has experience working with a plethora of mental health and substance use based disorders, as well as experience working with clients struggling with Body Image and Eating Disorders. Parker has experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and religions. Parker works to empower clients to choose their own future and advocate for their own needs, as well as fostering their own creativity, culture, and individuality to work towards their future goals.
