Raelyn utilizes a person-centered approach as it is the client’s therapeutic journey. Raelyn places a large emphasis on building the therapeutic relationship and rapport with the client. Raelyn is very authentic in sessions, adds a little bit of humor, and likes to get creative to meet the client’s needs. Raelyn has experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based approaches. Raelyn enjoys working with adolescents, teens, and young adults. When not in the therapy office you can find Raelyn enjoying time on a lake, hiking with her dogs, or playing a new piece on the piano.
