Sydney has experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),  Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), chemical dependency and strengths-based approaches. Sydney’s goal is to personalize therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual she works with in order to promote lasting therapeutic change and symptom relief. Sydney enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults in both an individual and group setting.
