Toni recognizes that each individual has their own life story. Utilizing a holistic approach, which includes things such as family history, culture, strengths, and barriers, Toni considers it an honor to walk alongside of her clients as they work to improve their lives. With knowledge of various approaches such as Strength-Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT), and Polyvagal theory, Toni strives to utilize the most appropriate approach for each client. Incorporating art, play, books, breath work, mindfulness, and meditation into therapy is also an interest. Toni has years of experience working with people of all ages in many different life circumstances.
