Vincent has experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is well versed in behavioral change techniques, and specializes in assisting in the management and resolution of anxious distress.
Additionally, Vincent has experience in utilizing concepts and principles of various sub-fields of psychology to assist in the improvement of skills such as time management, goal setting and achieving, problem solving skills, communication skills and life management skills.
Vincent has experience working with LGBT clients, and is a part of the LGBT community himself.
