Fellow Spotlight

“During my MMHC Fellowship experience, I was able to see the positive impact of my contributions on both the team and the clients we serve almost immediately. As a medium-sized organization, MMHC offered me the opportunity to become a key contributor early on, work with a high level of autonomy, build meaningful professional relationships, and gain broad exposure across all levels of the organization.”

Olivia Costley, 2024–2025 Administrative Fellow, Director of Operations – Specialty Clinics and Administrative Trainee Program Director

“Being a Health Administration Fellow at MMHC has given me a seat at the table with leadership. I’ve gained firsthand insight into how clinical operations, finance, and strategy come together to improve care. What I love most about this fellowship is how hands on it. I’m not just observing, I’m contributing to projects that impact onboarding, practice management and clinic operations. Every day brings a new learning curve, whether it’s solving workflow challenges or working with senior leadership to do more community outreach. This fellowship has been testing me in great ways that are aiding in my growth. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that prioritizes mental health access. I’m proud to contribute to work that truly makes a difference in people’s lives. The collaborative environment here is one of my favorite aspects. I’ve had the chance to work cross-functionally with clinical leadership, billing, marketing, and operations- something I never experienced in school. This fellowship is the perfect launchpad for a career in health administration. It’s helped me turn classroom knowledge into real-world impact. From day one, I’ve felt supported and valued. The mentorship and trust I’ve received from leadership have been essential to my growth.”
