Why providers stay

What our providers love most about MMHC

We believe that to provide excellent, client-centered care, we have to support the people doing that care. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

  • 11 locations + telehealth

Pick the clinic that fits your commute, mix in virtual days, or move between sites. The flexibility is real.

  • Real admin support

Office staff handle billing, compliance, insurance, and scheduling — so your day is about client care, not paperwork.

  • Steady referrals

Forty years of relationships and credentialing with every major MN insurance carrier — caseloads build quickly.

  • Collaborative culture

Friendly, relaxed, curious. Colleagues consult, share, and learn from each other's expertise.

Once you’re on the team

Continual support at MMHC

We don’t just hire and hand off. Here’s the structure that surrounds you once you join.

  • Weekly consultation, by design

We follow MN DHS Uniform Service Standards (Chapter 245I): weekly required consultation for unlicensed therapists and case managers, plus multiple drop-in case-consultation groups every week — open to all providers regardless of licensure.

  • A team that wants to share

If you're curious and proactive about learning, you'll find a team eager to share decades of clinical experience — across specialties, modalities, and populations.

  • Interdisciplinary by default

Psychiatry, IOPs, case management, assessments, group programs — all in-house. Collaboration and warm internal referrals are how we keep care comprehensive.

Don’t see the right role?

We’re always interested in hearing from clinicians and staff who would be a good fit. Send a note — we’ll keep you in mind as things open up.
