Title: Product & Growth Marketing Manager

Minnesota Mental Health Clinics is a 40-year-old business on a new growth trajectory—expanding physical locations, staff, services, and brand. We need a curious, adaptable individual willing to lean in and help craft solutions across both company operations and brand marketing.
Role Summary:
You’ll serve as our marketing generalist, driving digital, brand, growth, and product marketing initiatives. You’ll leverage your systems and automation expertise to deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, content, display, and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, content, web, display, etc.).
- Manage and enhance our marketing tech stack (CRM, Zapier, email automation, analytics) for seamless campaign execution and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business priorities.
- Support brand messaging and positioning for both B2B and D2C audiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and optimize tactics.
- Manage external partnerships with agencies or freelancers for paid initiatives (search, social, programmatic).
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a startup, SaaS, or growth-stage environment.
- Proven generalist with broad experience across digital, product, brand, and growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (FreshSales, LeadSquared, HubSpot preferred), automation platforms (Zapier), and email marketing.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar) for performance tracking and optimization.
- Knowledge of paid marketing (Google Ads, Paid Social, Display) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for clear, concise, and persuasive storytelling.
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience)
