Student Spotlight
“My training experience at MMHC was very positive and provided me with both structure and opportunities for growth. The onboarding process was detailed and thorough, which gave me a strong foundation and clarity on expectations early on.
Supervision was a highlight of this experience. My supervisor was receptive and open, creating an environment where questions are welcomed and feedback is constructive. The balance between guided development and independence allowed me to grow professionally while also building confidence in my ability to work autonomously.
The training environment overall was welcoming and supportive. I consistently felt encouraged to engage, contribute, and learn. Opportunities to participate in assessments have been especially valuable, offering hands-on experience and deeper insight into the work.
Overall, this training provided me with a well-rounded combination of support, challenge, and growth, and I feel it had meaningfully advanced my professional development.”
