  • Client 1

  • Client 2

    28 β†’ 20

  • Client 3

    36 β†’ 25

DES-II score ranges: 0–10 little/no indication of dissociative experiences, 11–20 mild, 21–40 moderate, 41–60 severe, 61+ strong indication.

β€œI've learned how to take accountability for the way I show up in relationships in a self-compassionate way, rather than in a blaming or shaming way.”
β€œVery helpful 9 week program, I learned a lot about myself, my emotions and ways to manage emotions in different life situations.”
