Each person has different experiences throughout their life; these experiences can impact each person differently with varying levels of severity.  It can be hard to identify when an experience has become traumatic and it can be difficult to identify when to seek out support. At Minnesota Mental Health Clinics, we are here for each person throughout their journey. Our therapists are skilled and knowledgeable when working with the different traumas or injuries that might occur in our lives. Our clinicians work to deeply understand the trauma or injury and address each concern individually.

People respond differently to injury and traumatic events. If you’re experiencing any or a combination of the responses below*, our services might be beneficial:
