Job Title: Call Center Agent

Location: On-site – Minnesota Mental Health Clinics (Various Locations – Twin Cities Metro Area)
Position Summary
As a Call Center Agent at Minnesota Mental Health Clinics, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking behavioral health support. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, professional assistance to current and prospective clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that every caller feels heard, supported, and guided to the right services at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with empathy and professionalism, ensuring each interaction is client-centered and efficient
- Schedule new and existing clients for mental health services across multiple locations and specialties
- Accurately enter demographic information into the EHR and CRM systems
- Provide timely reminders, rescheduling support, and appointment confirmations.
- Route clinical or urgent inquiries appropriately, using established escalation workflows
- Collaborate closely with care navigation, billing, and clinical teams to support continuity of care
- Document all interactions clearly and thoroughly according to organizational and HIPAA guidelines
- Support call center performance targets such as response time, call quality, and scheduling accuracy
- Assist with new client intake processes using CRM and other workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or behavioral health call center strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Comfort navigating multiple systems (e.g., EHR, CRM, phone system) simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Role: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
Pay: $20/Hour
