Heather utilizes client-centered and strengths-based approaches to therapy.  She strives to make her clients feel safe and supported in their work with her.  Heather incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, mind-body connection, values, spirituality, and narrative techniques to help her clients achieve their goals.  


Heather enjoys working with adults in both individual and group therapy.
