Laura Katherine believes that a genuine and authentic therapeutic relationship, which is built on mutual respect, is vital to the therapeutic process.  She thinks that therapy is most effective when the approach is tailored to fit each client.  She takes a collaborative and strengths-based approach that is influenced by Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Existentialism, and Person-Centered approaches.  Laura Katherine enjoys working with adults in both individual and group settings.
