Lisa is an eclectic clinician whose therapeutic lens is based upon developmental, systems, and bio-psycho-social theories. She enjoys working with clients of all ages, but is especially fond of working with children. She takes a collaborative and strengths-based approach while drawing from a variety of therapeutic frameworks, some of which include interpersonal, expressive, cognitive-behavioral, compassion-focused and multicultural therapies. She often utilizes play (directive and non-directive), art, sandtray, mindfulness, yoga, and bibliotherapy during sessions.
