Sana has experience working with young adults and adults in an individual and group setting to promote healthy lifestyle choices and maintain stress management. She utilizes Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed techniques as well as Positive Psychology to work with her clients to understand presenting concerns and goals to work towards reducing distressing moments. Coming from a diverse background, Sana also focuses on understanding various aspects of an individual’s identity to better understand and help her clients.
