Rita has experince working from a systemic lens by utilizing IFS (Internal Family Systems) and incorporating SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy). Rita has also been trained to provide SBIRT (Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to treatment), premarital counseling and level 1 Gottman method couples training. Rita has experience working with and would like to continue to work with children, adolescents, young adults, older adults, families and couples, both in individual and group settings.
