She views each client as the expert of their own life and supports clients from a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens. Sydney utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with humor, when appropriate, to serve clients in a way that’s most beneficial for them! Sydney enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings.
