About the role
Overview
The Clinical Site Lead/Champion is a pivotal leadership role embedded within each clinic, serving as the on-site clinical liaison and advocate. This individual ensures seamless communication between the clinic teams and regional clinical leadership, supports the implementation of policies and procedures, and champions site-specific needs. By being physically present at the clinic, the Clinical Site Lead/Champion fosters stronger relationships, facilitates real-time problem-solving, and enhances the overall clinical experience for staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities
· Clinic Representation & Leadership
o Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for site-specific issues, needs, and initiatives.
o Act as a liaison between clinic staff and regional clinical leads to ensure alignment and timely communication.
o Represent the clinic in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
· Policy & Procedure Implementation
o Ensure clinic staff are well-informed and compliant with organizational policies and procedures.
o Support onboarding and training efforts related to clinical protocols and standards.
· Operational Support
o Identify and address workflow inefficiencies, staffing concerns, and clinical challenges.
o Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to resolve issues and improve patient care delivery.
· Team Engagement & Culture
o Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive clinical environment.
o Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff, promoting professional development and well-being.
· Quality & Compliance
o Monitor adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
o Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and feedback loops.
Requirements
· Licensed clinical professional (e.g., LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.) with active credentials.
· Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient or community health setting preferred.
· Demonstrated leadership experience or strong interest in clinical operations and team development.
· Must be physically located and officed out of the assigned clinic(s).
· Availability to fulfill designated hours and responsibilities consistently.
