  • You're in postpartum recovery and adjusting to new parenthood

What to expect

A clear path to getting started.

  1. Connect with our team

Reach out by phone or online. We'll talk about where you are in your reproductive journey and what kind of support would help.

  2. Screening & brief assessment

We use standardized perinatal mental-health screenings and a clinical interview to understand what you're experiencing and pinpoint the right level of care.

  3. Choose your level of support

Individual therapy, group therapy and psychoeducation, or our Perinatal Intensive Outpatient Program for clients who need more structured support.

  4. Care that flexes with your stage

Your care plan moves with you β€” through fertility treatment, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, or midlife transitions. Telehealth and in-person across Minnesota.
