Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Minnesota Mental Health Clinics requires at least 24-hour notice when cancelling an appointment (during regular business hours). If you cancel with less than 24 hours, or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you have a pattern of cancellations or no-shows, you could be referred outside of our clinics for care.
