About the role
Position Summary
The Client & Clinic Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience for clients and clinicians within our behavioral health clinics. This position combines front-facing client interaction with administrative and operational support, helping maintain smooth daily clinic operations while supporting the broader Client Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk Support
β Greet and assist clients during check-in at clinic locations
β Collect and process payments in accordance with company policies
β Answer client questions and provide general support in a professional, compassionate manner
β Always ensure a positive and confidential client experience
Client Services Team Support
β Provide backup support for phone lines, including answering calls and routing inquiries appropriately
β Assist with client scheduling needs and general inquiries as needed
β Support waitlist management, including tracking, updates, and client communication
Administrative & Records Support
β Assist with medical records requests and documentation processing
β Upload, send, and track client forms and required documentation
β Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Clinical Team Support
β Provide administrative support to clinicians as needed
β Help coordinate communication between clinicians and clients
β Assist with operational tasks that enable clinicians to focus on patient care
Qualifications
β High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelorβs degree preferred
β 1+ years of experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or customer service setting preferred
β Strong interpersonal and communication skills
β Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
β Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
β Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
