About the role

Position Summary 

The Client & Clinic Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience for clients and clinicians within our behavioral health clinics. This position combines front-facing client interaction with administrative and operational support, helping maintain smooth daily clinic operations while supporting the broader Client Services team. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Client Experience & Front Desk Support 

– Greet and assist clients during check-in at clinic locations 

– Collect and process payments in accordance with company policies 

– Answer client questions and provide general support in a professional, compassionate manner 

– Always ensure a positive and confidential client experience 

 

Client Services Team Support 

– Provide backup support for phone lines, including answering calls and routing inquiries appropriately 

– Assist with client scheduling needs and general inquiries as needed 

– Support waitlist management, including tracking, updates, and client communication 

 

Administrative & Records Support 

– Assist with medical records requests and documentation processing 

– Upload, send, and track client forms and required documentation 

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards 

 

Clinical Team Support 

– Provide administrative support to clinicians as needed 

– Help coordinate communication between clinicians and clients 

– Assist with operational tasks that enable clinicians to focus on patient care 

 

Qualifications 

– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred 

– 1+ years of experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or customer service setting preferred 

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism 

– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 

– Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
