  • GAPS Initiative β€” Reproductive Mental Health Partner Flyer

  • Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE) β€” MMHC

    Full psychological evaluation covering cognitive, personality, and diagnostic testing for children and adults. Useful when a clear diagnosis is needed to guide treatment planning or accommodate educational and workplace needs.

    Best for: Complex presentations requiring a formal diagnostic workup, IEP/504 evaluations, neuropsych referrals

IOP & Adult Group Programs

Step-up and step-down structured programs for adults needing more than weekly therapy.

  • IOP & Connections Program β€” Intensive Outpatient Care

    MMHC's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured group and individual care for adults in mental health crisis or transition. Connections is the continuing care group that follows IOP completion.

    Best for: Patients stepping down from inpatient, higher-acuity outpatient referrals

  • TraumaWise IOP β€” Trauma-Focused Intensive Outpatient Program

    A trauma-specific IOP track using EMDR, Brainspotting, and trauma-informed group therapy for adults with PTSD and complex trauma histories.

    Best for: Trauma-focused referrals, patients who have completed stabilization

  • Adult Group Therapy Programs at MMHC

    Skills-based and process-based groups for adults β€” including DBT skills, anxiety management, grief and loss, anger management, and specialty groups. Most insurance accepted.

    Best for: Patients looking for structured skills development or peer support alongside individual therapy

  • MMHC Horizons Program

    Horizons is MMHC's specialized program for adults with complex or treatment-resistant mental health presentations. This flyer outlines the program structure, eligibility criteria, and how to refer.

    Best for: Complex or high-acuity referrals, patients who have not responded to standard outpatient care
