I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and build lasting emotional resilience. My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning that I focus on understanding your unique experiences, personal history, and the ways your environment influences your mental health. I believe in working collaboratively with clients, listening to their goals, and supporting them in finding their own solutions.

I am committed to providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for healing and growth, tailoring my therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of each client. With extensive clinical experience in acute care settings, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Day Treatment, emergency mental health services, and crisis response, I'm well-versed in suicide prevention, risk assessment, safety planning, and working with family systems to foster healthier relationships. My goal is to empower clients to build self-esteem, cultivate self-worth, and strengthen their coping strategies so they can live more fulfilling lives.

I believe therapy is a partnership, and I am dedicated to helping clients uncover their strengths, increase their confidence, and make meaningful progress toward their goals. By working together, we can identify barriers, challenge negative thought patterns, and develop practical skills to navigate life's challenges.

I work with clients of all ages, and I am passionate about supporting people in every stage of life. If you're ready to explore your potential and take the next step in your mental health journey, I would be honored to be a part of your process.
