Q&A
What was your path to becoming a mental health professional?
I career pivoted into this soul healing work after 25+ years in corporations and international organizations across the U.S., Middle East and France.
What should clients expect when working with you?
First, know you are deserving of dignity, joy, and care regardless of your life experiences or current circumstances. Our work together will be guided through a compassionate, holistic, strength-based, culturally informed, affirming, and collaborative framework. I will create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore and navigate the puzzle pieces of your unique journey towards achieving a greater sense of balance, wellness, healing, and continued growth.
If you could be doing anything else, what would it be?
At this stage of life, I am doing exactly what I want to be doing. I realize that this is my life, my story, my book. I no longer let anyone else write it; nor do I apologize for any edits I make.
