What was your path to becoming a mental health professional?
Worked 28 years in health care with HIV, dialysis and oncology. Went to school four years after high school when not feeling fulfilled doing clerical work
What should clients expect when working with you?
To be heard and validated, work with trauma
If you could be doing anything else, what would it be?
Working towards retirement so mostly thinking of ways to influence policy. i.e. letters to agency heads and legislators
