Q&A
What was your path to becoming a mental health professional?
After previous careers as a literature professor and a marketing director, I come to being a therapist with hope that my own lived experience and advanced training will support my clients growth and healing.
What should clients expect when working with you?
I offer supportive reflection as we build our therapeutic relationship, and then as we work together, I will offer you opportunities to try out new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving that support your well-being.
If you could be doing anything else, what would it be?
I'd be writing about travel, nature, relationships and growth.
