My path to becoming a mental health professional was marked by consistently wanting to help people and understand mental health better.
What should clients expect when working with you?
Clients can expect a relaxed approach to therapy and very person-centered care.
If you could be doing anything else, what would it be?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, one-year-old daughter and two dogs. I enjoy time outside, reading and watching TV in addition to spending time with extended family!
