Q&A

What should clients expect when working with you?

I join clients in therapy with acceptance, kindness and compassion, and support learning to connect our bodies to emotions. Clients can expect me to talk about the nervous system and encourage practice of somatic interventions.

If you could be doing anything else, what would it be?

I would be living by the sea in the Pacific Northwest making art and spending a lot of time outside enjoying nature.
