Q&A

What was your path to becoming a mental health professional?

I have always loved helping people, so I got my Bachelor's degree in psychology. I started working in various jobs so I could find my true passion. I wanted to be a therapist, so back to graduate school I went. I have worked in several different settings and met a lot of really cool people. I love what I do!

What should clients expect when working with you?

You are the expert in your own life. I am here to walk with you in your journey to become your most authentic self. With my calm and laid-back nature, I let you decide what we talk about and how deep we go. I loo for areas of challenge to help you grow and thrive.

If you could be doing anything else, what would it be?

I would travel all over the United States and the world!
