Q&A
What was your path to becoming a mental health professional?
After decades of being a stay at home mom, I decided to finish my undergrad in Psychology and move on to a Master of Social Work to fulfill my goal of being a clinical therapist.
What should clients expect when working with you?
I provider care from a Compassion Focused, Integrative, strengths and Mindfulness-based, person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed lens. We will work collaboratively with the clients leading the way.
If you could be doing anything else, what would it be?
Being a mental health therapist is my anything else.
