Therapy is all about the engagement and relationship with my client. Dan will provide a non-judgmental environment to explore difficult relationships and other areas of life. I believe in the power of language-the words we choose reflect how others perceive us, and more importantly how we perceive ourselves. We will explore and recognize how the process impacts the contents of our lives. I utilize a narrative, CBT and existential therapeutic approach. I emphasize the use of life skills that require practice. I will assist in developing a healthy sense of self and I will work hard to better understand the underlying issues by exploring the symbolism and hidden meanings that impact your interactions and relationships.
