I believe in creating a safe environment and building healthy relationships when working with all ages in the therapy session. In the past I have worked mostly with children and adolescents, however, I am open to seeing adults under the age of 30. I enjoy helping others learn how to cope with their symptoms by providing healthy skills, building their self-esteem, and process hard events. My approach to practice includes an empathetic, client-centered, that is goal-oriented and evidenced-based such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate Solution Focus Therapy to help individuals reach goals that feel out of reach. I can provide sessions in-clinic and via telehealth as needed.
