Jessica’s areas of interest include:
Jessica works from a strengths-based, systemic, and cognitive-behavioral approach, tailoring treatment to each individuals’ needs and style. She often serves as a cheerleader for her clients, working collaboratively with them to lead more value-congruent, actualized lives. Jessica works with individuals, couples, and families in a therapeutic setting, as well as providing ADHD and MMPI assessments.
