I am a licensed psychologist with over a decade of clinical experience across ages and mental health concerns. In my current practice, I work with individuals who experience concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and relationship difficulties. I also have expertise in working with individuals navigating professional growth and transition, or difficult workplace related issues. I take a patient centered approach that also layers in structure through CBT and DBT principles. I value creating a safe confidential space for individuals to bring forward their current stressors while also making lasting change for themselves.
